Privacy

In short

No cookies, no tracking across sites, no ads, no forms. To know how many people visit and whether something breaks, the site uses two tools I run myself, on my own server in Spain. Nothing is shared with anyone else.

Who is responsible

Rubén Zambrano, Madrid, Spain. Write to ruzamca@gmail.com about anything on this page.

Visit statistics

Umami counts page views: the page, the site you came from, your browser, operating system, device type, screen size and approximate location (country, region and city), plus how fast the page loaded. Your IP address is used to work out that location and, scrambled, to tell visitors apart within a month; the address itself is not stored. Nothing is saved on your device.

Kept for 25 months. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in knowing how the site is used. To opt out, turn on Do Not Track in your browser and you will not be counted.

Error reports

If the page crashes, GlitchTip receives the error, the page and your browser, without anything that identifies you. Kept for 90 days. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in keeping the site working.

Your device

The site only keeps your light or dark theme choice in your browser (local storage, key theme). It is not a cookie and never leaves your device.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use or restrict it by writing to ruzamca@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
